Cuttack: Congresswoman injured in clash with police

Cuttack: A woman Congress worker was injured in a clash with police while party workers were on their way to gherao the Police DG’s office in protest against the deaths in police firing in Kandhamal last Friday.

According sources, Congress workers were seen pelting tomatoes and water packets at police while going to gherao the DG’s office.

In retaliatory action by police, a woman congress worker was reportedly injured.
