Bhubaneswar: A seven-day special programme has been chalked out by Odisha’s Culture department from April 8 in Bhubaneswar to mark Maha Vishuba Sankranti, the beginning of Odia calendar Year on April 14. This was announced by Culture minister Ashok Chandra Panda on Thursday.

Talking to newsmen here, Panda said the theme of the special programme is ‘Nababarsha Anuchinta; Sanskruti, Aeitiha and Parampara ra Parbana’.
