Berhampur: In a tragic incident, a Class-X student of Kamagada High School under Aska block in Ganjam district died after fainting in the drill class this morning.
The deceased was identified as Sagar Nahak.
Sources said Nahak went into an unconscious state and fell on the ground while the drill class was going on at the school. He was rushed to a medical at Balisara. As no doctor was present at the medical, Nahak was taken to the Aska Community Health Centre (CHC), where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have started investigation into the matter.
