CCEA clears fourth railway line work between Jharsuguda and Bilaspur

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, today gave its approval for construction of fourth line between Jharsuguda in Odisha and Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh at an estimated cost of Rs1,973.46 crore

New Delhi: The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, today gave its approval for construction of fourth line between Jharsuguda in Odisha and Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh at an estimated cost of Rs1,973.46 crore.

The 206 km long railway line is expected to be completed in five years and the completion cost will be Rs 2,298.31 crore.
