New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: The schools affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) should charge fees as per the laid norms of the State governments, said CBSE chairman R K Chaturvedi, adding that the Board is mulling to give "accreditation" to its affiliated schools.

Speaking to media at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India in Gandhinagar, Chaturvedi said, “Our affiliation by-laws say the fee should be commensurate with infrastructure and facilities offered by the school. The quantum of fee should be on par with the (respective) State government's norms.”
