Bhubaneswar: Taking stern note of rise in incidents of malpractice during Matriculation examination especially in rural areas, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has decided to strengthen security and invigilation systems for the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examination this time.

A three-tier security system will be put in place to keep a vigil on the exam centres during the matriculation examination starting from February 23 in Odisha.
