Bajrang Dal, Go Rakshak activists beaten up in cattle market

Cuttack: Tension prevailed in Dhalapadhara village under Banki in Cuttack district after some locals allegedly thrashed Bajrang Dal and Go Rakshak activists in a cattle market.

As per reports, some workers of Bajrang Dal and Go Rakshak were taking photographs in the cattle market as part of their protest against alleged illegal sale of cattle. Irate over the incident, some local cattle traders attacked them.

The activists ran for life towards Khajuripada village where the villagers detained three locals.

Later, police reached the spot and took control of the situation.
