Bhubaneswar: The annual festival of XIMB Xpressions 2017 began in the capital city today. The 21st edition of the event promises to present an assortment of business discussions, competitions and doses of fun and frolic during the three days.
“We have a lot of things going around on the campus. Students from various colleges in and around Bhubaneswar are participating in different cultural and business events,” said a student of XIMB Kartik.
On the first day various business and cultural events like Model United Nations (MUN), Goonj singing competition, Skill City were organised where students from other institutions also took part in good numbers.
“Many participants from various colleges and schools have come here. They are delighted with the electrifying atmosphere on the campus and we also feel great hosting such a grand event at XIMB,” said another student of the institution Manisha.
The schedule for day 1 also includes Kurukshetra, Gladiator, Helios, Vakritva, Paint it up, Flight of fancy, HR Express, Parikrama, Case in point, Paint @XIMB, XOPS- Business Stimulation along with special attractions of the evening Carnival De Vogue and EDM Night.
The three-day event will conclude Sunday night after a special show ‘Farhan Live’.
