68k students to appear NEST today

Bhubaneswar: Around 68,000 students will appear in the entrance examination for admission into the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar today.

The entrance test popularly called National Eligibility Screening Test (NEST) will be conducted at 123 centres in 59 cities across the country including 16 centres in Bhubaneswar alone.

As many as 16,093 examinees will appear the examination from Odisha out of which 8392 are from Bhubaneswar. The test will be held from 10 am to 1 pm.

Besides Bhubaneswar, the test will also be held in Cuttack, Bolangir, Koraput, Sambalpur and Rourkela for admission into the integrated M Sc program in 4 disciplines.
