Rourkela: In a bizarre incident, two minor boys allegedly sexually assaulted a 4-year-old baby at Sector 6 area in the steel city, police said today.
The two accused, who are being interrogated by Sector 6 police, committed the crime a week ago at a market complex in the city. They were able to take the baby to the crime spot by offering her chocolate.
Sources said, one of the accused works at the market complex and he had kept the key of a shop in the complex.The accused duo had tried to suppress the matter soon after the crime.
Police are investigating into the incident following the complaint of family members of the victim. The two minor boys will be produced before juvenile justice board today, police sources said.
