Bhubaneswar: Khandagiri police on Saturday arrested four highway looters including two engineering students from Sarakantara area near Dumduma on Saturday.
The arrested persons have been identified as Bisweswara Sarangi, Kartikeswara Sarangi, Asish Kumar Prashan and Gyana Ranjan Barik of Khandagiri area.
63 costly mobile phones and two bikes are seized from the possession of the looters, sources in police said.
