35 students fall ill after consuming rice in hostel

Angul: At least 35 students of Kishore Nagar Junior College, Angul fell sick after consuming rice and curry served to them as dinner in the hostel on Friday night.

According to reports, the students have been admitted to Kishore Nagar Hospital for treatment.

Earlier on Friday night the students complained of uneasiness after consuming the food served to them at the hostel following which they were admitted to the hospital.

According to latest reports, health condition of all the students admitted in the hospital is reportedly stable.

Meanwhile, a team led by Angul ADMO have reached Kishore Nagar and have launched a probe into the matter.
