Baragarh: As many as 30 people including some women sustained injured, seven of them critically, after a pick up van in which they were travelling overturned at Lebidi village near Sohela in the district today.
All the injured were rushed to district headquarters hospital and later shifted to Burla for better treatment. Condition of seven passengers including driver is stated to be critical.
The incident took place when all of them were returning from Sohela after enjoying Viswakarma puja on Sunday night. The vehicle skidded off the road and overturned as the driver lost control.
Locals informed the police and rushed the passengers to hospital.
