2 student groups of UU clash during campus poll

Bhubaneswar: Tension ran high on premises of Utkal University here after two students group clashed with each other during the students union poll on Wednesday.

One student of Library Science department sustained injuries during the clash.

According to sources, the incident took place when the student was on his way to cast his vote.

He had a scuffle with a group of student following which opposition group attacked him leaving him injured. He was admitted to Capital hospital, the sources added.
