2 killed in road mishap in Loisingha

Bolangir: Two persons were killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle on National Highway 26 near Loisingha College Square in Bolangir district last night.

As per sources, the deceased Gopinath Bania and Durjyodhan Naik of Kusmel village were returning on a motorcycle from Digasira in Sonepur when they were hit by a vehicle. Locals came to their rescue but they died on their way to Bolangir hospital.

Meanwhile, Loisingha police has sent the bodies for post mortem and launched an investigation into the mishap.
