Bhawanipatna: Body of a man was found hanging on the premises of sub-collector's office today in Dharamgarh of Kalahandi district.
The deceased has been identified as Bhudev Bagarti and it is being suspected that the man would have hanged himself during the midnight hours.
According to sources, Bagarti, who was running a food stall near the sub-collector's office to earn a living, took the extreme step over family feud.
As per latest reports, police have reached the spot and started an investigation.
