Bhubaneswar: Four business bigwigs on Thursday made courtesy call on Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at State Secretariat here.

JSPL chief Naveen Jindal, Tata Group chairman Cyrus Mistry, Posco DMD Ho-Chan Ryu and IMFA managing director Subhrakant Panda met the chief minister to congratulate the latter on his landslide victory in the recent polls.

"I was here to convey my best wishes to Naveen Patnaik for his fourth term as CM of Odisha. We expect him to do more development works here," said Jindal after meeting the chief minister.

"I congratulated the chief minister for his landslide victory in the elections... I hope the state will witness rapid development this time under his able leadership," Naveen Jindal said.

Further, he added JSPL has completed the first phase work for production of 2.5 million tonne steel at its Angul plant. By 2015, the plant will be operational to its full capacity.

"We wish the CM all the best. Odisha looks forward to develop under his able leadership. It's just a courtesy call to convey the best wishes on behalf of IMFA Group," said Panda.

Sources said during their meeting with the Chief Minister these industrialists sought his cooperation for further growth of the various projects they have invested in the state.
