Bhubaneswar: Temperature in as many as 10 districts of Odisha soared above 40 degree Celsius as heat wave conditions remained unabated in the State on Monday. The Odisha State Disaster Management Authority said heat wave conditions will persist for at least five days in around 15 districts including some in coastal and southern region.

Titlagarh in western Odisha and coal town of Talcher turned out to be the hottest places in the state, both recording a maximum temperature of 44 degrees Celsius, the Meteorological Centre here said.
