Bodies Of 2 Youths Found On Railway Track In Odisha's Titlagarh

Bodies of two youths were found lying on a railway track connecting Titlagarh and Muribahal railway stations on Thursday morning.

Though the identity of the two deceased is yet to be ascertained, they are believed to be the residents of nearby villages.

Meanwhile, police have sent the bodies for postmortem and launched an investigation into the matter.

Wagons Of 2 Goods Trains Derail Near Cuttack Railway Station

As many as two goods trains derailed at the goods shed of Cuttack railway station in the early hours on Thursday.

According to sources, around three wagons of the trains were derailed but there was no causality. Though the railway track has been damaged in the mishap train services have not been affected on the route.

“While one train was running from Talcher to Puri, the other one was running in the opposite direction. The wagons derailed during Shunting at the Station. We have already removed one wagon from the track. Hopefully, the other wagons will be removed in next four hours,” said Khordha ADRM Kalyan Pattnaik.
