1 Killed, 8 Including 2 Children Injured In G. Udayagiri Road Mishap

In a tragic incident, one person was killed and eight others including two children sustained critical injuries when a van in which they were travelling, lost control and fell off a ghati near Guar village in G. Udayagiri. 

According to sources, the mishap took place when the ill-fated van with 20 passengers onboard was on its way to Nuagad from Rebidi. 

The driver of the ill-fated vehicle lost control on steering following which it fell off a ghati, sources added. 

The injured persons were immediately rushed to a hospital. Of the 8 injured, 2 minors have sustained grievous injuries and their health condition is stated to be critical.
