Odisha Reports 779 New Covid-19 Cases; 105 Children In 0-18 Age Group Test Positive In Last 24 Hours

 Another 779 new cases of Covid-19 infection were reported from different parts of Odisha in the past 24 hours. With this, the overall Covid tally in the State reached 10,0,5654 on Saturday.

Out of the total 779 fresh Covid-19 cases, 105 are children in the age group of 0 to 18 years which has now emerged as major concern for the health officials in the State.

A maximum of 259 Covid-19 cases were reported from Khordha district, followed by 84 in Cuttack district, 39 in Puri and 34 cases were reported from Jajpur district in the past 24 hours. As per I & PR department, the Covid-19 active case tally in Odisha now stands at 7,996.
