Bolangir: A young woman here on Tuesday was allegedly detained and subjected to tortured by a police personnel in custody for absolutely doing no wrong.
As per complaints, the woman was summoned by one of the lady sub-inspector of the Town police station here for the alleged involvement of her brother in a theft case. But she was reportedly detained in the police station and was physically tortured by the lady cop.
