The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday predicted thunderstorm with lightning in 11 districts of Odisha in the next 24 hours.
A yellow warning has also been sounded for 11 districts- Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Balasore, Bhadrak, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Nabarangpur, Koraput and Rayagada.
Apart from this, light to moderate rain or thundershower is also likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Balasore, Bhadrak, Gajapati, Ganjam and Kandhamal.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Balasore, Bhadrak, Gajapati, Ganjam and Kandhamal.
Yellow Warning (To be updated): Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Balasore, Bhadrak, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Nabarangpur, Koraput, Rayagada.

Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of North Interior Odisha.

Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nuapada, Bargarh, Jharsuguda and Sundargarh.

Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Koraput, Malkangiri, Bolangir, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Sambalpur and Sonepur.
