Relief from heat and humidity! Rain, thunderstorm lash Bhubaneswar and other parts of Odisha

After reeling under intense hot and humid conditions, the residents of Bhubaneswar on Tuesday got the much-needed relief following intense spell of thunderstorm-triggered rainfall.

Heavy rain accompanied by gusty winds and lightning was reported in different parts of Bhubaneswar in the afternoon today.

This is likely to put brakes on the intense humid conditions that have been prevailing for the past several days.
