Minimum temp to rise over northwest India, rain likely over north Punjab, Haryana

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday predicted a rise in the minimum (night) temperatures by 2 to 3 degree Celsius over many parts of Northwest India till February 10.

As per IMD, there will be no significant change for subsequent 24 hours and the minimum temperature is likely to fall by 2 to 3°C thereafter till February 13. There will also be a rise in the minimum temperatures by 2-3 degrees C over many parts of Central India till February 11 and thereafter, a drop of 2 to 4 degrees C.
