The low pressure area over southwest Bihar and neighbourhood persists along with the associated upper air cyclonic circulation.

 It is likely to move slowly northwestwards and weakened gradually during next 12 hours, informed the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday.

The IMD has predicted thunderstorm and lightning activities in several parts of Odisha in the next few days. A yellow warning has also been issued for some districts of the state, by IMD.
