A cyclonic circulation is likely to form over the Northwest Bay of Bengal around July 16, said India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday. At present, a cyclonic circulation lies over Westcentral and adjoining Eastcentral Bay of Bengal in mid-tropospheric levels.

As per IMD, heavy to very heavy rainfall activity is likely to continue over Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and West Madhya Pradesh during the next two days and decline thereafter.
