Traditionally, this dessert is made by deep frying of maida (grams) flour batter in circular shapes and then soaked in sugar syrup. People use different techniques to pour the batter in the hot oil and leave it to fry until crisp. However, you might have never seen or heard of tech 'jalebi' made with the help of any tech device.
Recently, a video surfaced on social media in which a man is seen using the nozzle of a 3D Printer to pour the batter into the hot oil.
Well, in general, jalebis are in round shapes and thick. But, the jalebis made with the help of 3D Printer Nozzle is quite thin and looks amazing.
As claimed, the man is popularly known as 'Pippal Bata Jalebiwala' in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Not just common people, but Indian industrialist Anand Mahindra is left stunned by this unique technique of making jalebis.
Sharing the video on X (formerly known as Twitter), he wrote: I’m a tech buff. But I confess that seeing jalebis being made using a 3D printer nozzle left me with mixed feelings. They’re my favourite & seeing the batter squeezed out by hand is, to me, an art form. I guess I’m more old-fashioned than I thought… (sic)
The video has gone viral on social media and garnered massive views. Even the comments section is flooded with reactions of netizens who are amazed with the 'tech jalebi' making process.
