Man attacks Hindu devotees with stick inside temple premises – watch bone-chilling video

A video of a man attacking Hindu devotees on the premises of a temple has left the internet in shock. Video of the incident captured on CCTV has been going viral.

In the viral video, the man can be seen beating up devotees who had come to offer prayers at Baba Bodheswar Mahadev Temple in Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao. The man runs around beating devotees, thus causing panic in the area.

At least three devotees were injured due to the man’s hooliganism, an India Today report said. The three injured devotees have been identified as Milan, Kailash and Krishna Kumar. All three were rescued and have been admitted to a nearby hospital, reports said.

After a brief scuffle, security personnel managed to overpower the accused. He was later handed over to police. While the exact reason for the attack was not known immediately, reports suggest that the accused was a ‘Muslim’.

For some unknown reasons, he started attacking the devotees with a stick, leaving them injured. The whole incident was captured on the CCTV camera installed on the premises of the temple.

Further investigation into the case is underway, police said.
