In a scene that could easily pass for a comedy skit but is in fact all too real. A man in Andhra Pradesh has gone viral after being filmed transporting two children in a poultry crate attached to the back of his motorcycle. The quirky video, originally shared by Telugu rapper Roll Rida on Instagram, has now taken social media by storm, drawing both laughter and concern over road safety.

The video, purportedly recorded from Roll Rida’s car, captures the man cruising down the road on his two-wheeler with a large plastic poultry carrier securely fastened to the rear end.

Inside the carrier, instead of chickens, sit two young boys — calm, composed, and curiously unbothered by their unconventional mode of transport.

The makeshift ‘sidecar’ resembles something straight out of a low-budget innovation fair. The crate, designed for air circulation (typically for live birds), seemed surprisingly comfortable and spacious for the children, who appeared to be enjoying the ride more than one would expect in such conditions.

Though the location wasn't specified in the post, the vehicle’s number plate suggests the incident occurred somewhere in Andhra Pradesh. The video doesn’t reveal the man’s identity or the purpose of the ride, but one thing is certain — it has captivated the online community.
Within hours of being posted, the video amassed thousands of likes, shares, and a flood of comments.

Reactions ranged from admiration for the man’s ‘jugadu’ (resourceful) mindset to serious concerns about the safety of the children.
However, the humorous tone of most comments hasn’t completely overshadowed the underlying risks. Some viewers pointed out the absence of helmets, secure harnesses, or even basic seating — all of which could prove dangerous on Indian roads.

Whether seen as a lighthearted example of desi creativity or a reminder of the need for stricter traffic regulations, this poultry crate joyride is yet another testament to how everyday moments in India often become global talking points — all thanks to social media.
