Delhiites have seemingly reached a point where Public Display of Affection (PDA), no matter the level of intimacy, is being done openly like in New York subways. Young couples in Delhi seem to have forgotten that Delhi Metro is a public transport.
They often engage in public kissing, hugging, and whatnot. On the other hand, the public has also somewhat accepted PDAs, and countless videos of couples getting intimate without any worry are proof enough.
A few days after a young couple was caught kissing in Kolkata metro, another purported video of a couple failing to control themselves has gone viral from Delhi Metro. Sitting close to each other, the girl goes to the extent of groping her man even as an elderly man is seated next to them.

The man then tries to lip-kiss his girl unbothered as people around them stare at them and record the lovebirds. Unable to control himself, the man then stands up from his seat before things get more awkward.
The video shared on X, has gone viral, with netizens divided over the couple’s PDA. While the incident's date, authenticity, and exact location could not be confirmed, the caption says, “Delhi Metro Main Apka Swagat Hain’.
As expected, the viral clip has triggered a hilarious response from netizens across India.
“Delhi Metro and New York Subways have become same at this point 😂” shared a user.
Another user shared, “Delhi metro should be bought by oyorooms will do much PR then anything.”
“All meme creators should travel on Delhi metro for content,” shared another user.
"Both deserve jail treatment...," another user commented while expressing anger over such display of PDA in the public transport.
A few days back, a similar video went viral, wherein a young couple could be seen kissing each other uncontrollably.
