Cobra devours python! Incident caught on cam, video goes viral; watch

It is quite common to witness big snakes swallowing small creatures like rabbits, frogs, mice, insects, birds, fish, eggs and also small snakes. Even huge snakes like pythons, anacondas and cobras eat mammals and other reptiles as well. However, it is quite rare to see large snakes devouring another large snake.

Recently, a video has stormed the internet in which a large cobra can be seen swallowing a python. The incident was captured on camera and the video has gone viral on social media with netizens expressing their shock.

As can be seen in the video, the cobra is slowly swallowing the python inch by inch. However, the python seems to be motionless. As it seems, the monocled cobra attacked the Burmese python and killed it with its venom. The cobra started devouring the dead python. The python gets completely swallowed by the cobra in the 21-second video.

As per reports, the rare incident was captured in Karnataka’s Mysuru by a few locals. 

However, the origin of the video couldn’t be verified. The video shared on Twitter has amassed massive views leaving netizens amazed.

Well, such surprising incidents could be quite common in the wild or forests. However, the video seems to be captured in a residential area.
