How Did He Get There?
According to Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, the child had been accidentally separated from his parents and managed to enter a secured area of the ride, which was fortunately not operational at the time. “While our team was actively searching, the child entered a secured area… The ride was closed and safeguarded by chained closures and barricades,” a spokesperson told NBC News.
A Daring Rescue
The video shows panicked onlookers guiding the child from below as he hesitated on the track. In a heroic move, a quick-thinking bystander climbed onto the elevated structure, carefully approached the boy, and lifted him to safety. With the help of another guest, the child was safely brought down to the ground.
