21 million views and counting: Duo’s dance to ‘Ban Than Chali’ creates storm on social media

Two young dancers have taken social media by storm with their terrific dance on the chartbuster song ‘Ban Than Chali’ from the movie ‘Kurukshetra’. Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Sukhwinder Singh, the song is still etched in people’s hearts even after two decades of the film’s release.

The song is still the favourite and first choice of many Instagram influencers for reels and dance videos. Amid the myriad of videos on the song, a video of two young dancers grooving to the song has left people dancing along.

Since being shared online the video has earned a total of 21 million views and 1.8M likes and the numbers are only increasing each passing day.

“When you attend your best friend’s first workshop; always wanted to learn this choreography, thank you for teaching and conducting such an amazing workshop,” wrote Sanika Shinde who shared the video.

The video shows her matching steps with her friend Om Tarphe as the duo showcases their dance skills. They groove flawlessly to the rhythm and their in-sync performance and impeccable expressions have struck a chord with viewers.

“The boy is dancing with his whole soul and his smile makes it even more beautiful,” commented a user.

Another user wrote, “Dance in such a way that 10 people start dancing together.”
