Rourkela: A tribal woman was seriously injured after being attacked with bow and arrow allegedly by her brother-in-law at Dingula village, about 150 km from here, police said today. Saniari Munda (45) was rushed to Koida community health centre in a critical condition after being attacked by Martin Munda (25) on Monday.

Police rushed to the village and arrested Martin and seized the indigenous weapons used in the crime. Martin confessed before the police that he had committed the crime due to some old land dispute. Martin was forwarded to a Bonai court today which remanded him to jail custody.
