With no success in attracting women, an Indian youth has sued ‘Axe’ perfume making company on the charges of cheating and causing mental suffering. The youth identified as Vaibhav Bedi has sued HUL for cheating and causing mental suffering after using Axe products.
After unsuccessfully using it for seven years, Vaibhav has decided to sue the perfume company. This is one of the most insane lawsuits ever.
Billionaire Harsh Goenka, Chairperson of the RPG Group shared the news on his X (formerly known as Twitter) and wrote, “Vaibhav Bedi sues HUL for cheating and causing mental suffering after using Axe products for over 7 years with no success in attracting women. “Where is the Axe effect?” Vaibhav asks, even presenting his used products to court. The most insane lawsuit ever?”
Social media users are in support of Vaibhav and his decision to sue the perfume company has received mixed reviews online.
“Thank God, somebody finally did it. I have been using it for the last 10 years, for about attracting and all, no one even recognized me all this while. 260x12x10= Rs. 31,200, I also seek 5 times the expenditure (4x the cost for humiliation). Should I seek more? 🤔 10 years,” shared a user.
Another user shared, “Very valid lawsuit.. if you could hold companies accountable for fake promises, this is one such case too.”
“I think this should set a precedent in stopping false and pretentious advertising!!” shared another user.
