Chandra told PTI that the STF personnel acting on a tip-off police raided Uttari

village late Saturday night and arrested the three gang members Pankaj Kumar, Sanjib Kumar and Prabhashankar. One carbine, one semi automatic rifle and 79 cartridges were seized from them, he added.
