Berhampur: Police today claimed to solve a recent murder case at Dasamundali village under Sheragada police limit with arrest of three persons, allegedly involved in the crime. The body of Bhikari Gouda (50) was found in the sugarcane filed near the village on February 12 last, police sources said.

The arrested persons Hina Gouda, Bhekili Gouda and Kalia Bhuyan also belong to the same village, sources saida adding police also seized a sword, which they buried near the spot and also recovered the cycle which was dumped in a well. Bhikari was allegedly murdered over a dispute on gazing of goats, said inspector in charge (Sheragada) P K Sahu.
