When you talk about Yuvraj Singh, the one thing that keep coming into mind is ‘6 Sixes’ but as they say ‘records are meant to be broken’.

Samao’s wicketkeeper Darius Visser made a name for himself by achieving iconic feat by scoring 39 runs in an over against Vanuatu.

Yes you heard that right! With this, Visser has broken the record of Yuvraj Singh's 36 runs in a single over off England’s Stuart Board at ICC T20 World Cup in 2007 which India won.

While Yuvraj had hit six consecutive sixes, Visser failed to do the same but in total, he hit six 6s in the over which also had three no balls.

In the ongoing ICC Men's T20 World Cup Sub Regional East Asia-Pacific Qualifier A event on Tuesday, Visser garnered 39 runs in a single over at Garden Oval No.2 in Apia.

Visser, who previously played Sydney grade cricket for St George District and Sydney University, also became the first Samoan to score a century at international level in just his 3rd T20I match. He also coaches cricket at Sydney University and Newington College.

This rare feat was surpassed by Visser in the 15th over where he smashed 6 sixes and was helped with three-no balls by Vanuatu seamer Nalin Nipiko. During his knock of 132 runs which he scored off 62 balls he hit 14 sixes.

The 3 other batsman to achieve this rare feat of hitting six sixes in an over in T20 Format are Kieron Pollard and Nicholas Pooran and Dipendra Singh Airee.
