Aarti Sehwag, wife of former Indian cricket team batsman Virender Sehwag, got a big relief from Gautam Budh Nagar District Court in a check bounce case. The court recalled the non-bailable warrant issued against Aarti.

As per reports, the district court had issued a non-bailable warrant against Aarti after her repeated absence from the hearing. Reportedly, the judge recalled the warrant after giving some instructions to Aarti.

Advocate Virendra Nagar told that Aarti was on bail in the check bounce case, but she was not coming to the court for a long time and no application was even made by her lawyer.

Notably, Aarti had last appeared in the court on July 5, 2019. Since then, she did not come to court till the non-bailable warrant was issued.

According to reports, Aarti Sehwag, a partner in SMGK Agro Products, was named in a check bounce case of Rs 2.5 crore.

Reportedly, SMGK Agro Products had taken an order from Lakhanpal Promoters and Builder Company, but could not fulfill it. Later, SMGK had given a check of Rs 2.5 crore to Lakhanpal which bounced. Soon after that, a check bounce case was filed against SMGK Company and its promoters.
