In a keenly contested match in Chennai, South Africa pipped Pakistan with a sensational one-wicket win during their ICC World Cup 2023 group clash on Friday.

The Green Army’s World Cup campaign got a severe jolt after they suffered their fourth consecutive defeat in the ongoing mega event.

Following the narrow loss against the Proteas, Pakistan’s premier speedster Shaheen Afridi was spotted crying inconsolably while sitting in the dugout and reflecting on the defeat.

The video has reportedly gone viral over various social media platforms. It has so far garnered over 90.1 k views on social media platform X (earlier known as Twitter).
