Mohammed Shami’s estranged wife Hasin Jahan reacts to marriage proposal from actress Payal Ghosh

India pacer and bowling magician Mohammed Shami has proved why he is one of the greatest bowlers of all times. With back-to-back 5-wicket hauls, Shami has recorded the best-ever wicket haul in 50-over World Cup history.

He has scripted history by taking 7 wickets against New Zealand in the World Cup semifinal at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The right-arm fast bowler is the current heartthrob of the nation with praises pouring in for him from all quarters. He has been in terrific form this season and never fails to create magic with his bowling on the field. 

He has been receiving lots of love from his fans and well-wishers. Amid his success on the field, Mohammed Shami has also been receiving marriage proposals from crazy female fans with actress Payal Ghosh being one of them.

Recently, actress-turned-politician proposed marriage to Mohammed Shami and accepted that she is ready to be Shami’s second wife. Taking to her social media account, Payal wrote, “Shami tum apna English sudharlo, I’m ready to marry you.”

Now, Shami’s estranged wife Hasin Jahan has reacted to the proposal and said, “These things keep happening to celebrities. It’s normal, I don’t want to comment on it.”

For the unversed, Shami married Jahan in 2014 and they have a daughter together. However, things turned ugly for Shami after Hasin filed a case against him, accusing him of infidelity, match-fixing, and domestic violence.
