Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) is all set to lock horns with Gujarat Titans (GT) in their final league match of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Sunday evening.

While GT, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have already qualified for the playoffs, RCB, MI and Rajasthan Royals (RR) are vying for the top four spot. Both MI and RCB need to win their matches if they want to seal the playoff berth. Meanwhile, RR’s chances depend on the result of both the games.

As per the latest report, bad weather in Bengaluru has broken the hearts of RCB fans. There is a 50 percent probability of rain playing spoilsport at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium during the match between RCB and GT.

Playoff scenarios if rain washes out RCB vs GT clash…

If rain washes the match between RCB and GT and MI beat SRH, RCB will be knocked out. In this scenario, RCB will have 15 points and MI will have 16 points in their kitty.

If SRH beat MI and rain washes out RCB vs GT clash, RCB will seal playoff berth. In this scenario, RCB will have 15 points as they will share a point with GT.

If RCB vs GT match does not get washed out and MI beat SRH, net run rate will decide the fate of the teams.
