Ind vs NZ in Champions Trophy 2025 Final
High-flying India will take on formidable India in the final match of the ongoing Champions Trophy 2025 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday.
Both the teams will lock horns against each other in the tournament for the second time. Earlier in the group stage match, India had registered a convincing 44-run victory over the Kiwis at the same venue.
Both the teams are currently in good form. Apart from victory and defeat to one team, there is also a possibility of tie in the summit clash.
What if the match ends in tie?
As per the latest ICC rule, if the match ends in a tie, a Super Over will decide the winner. If that too ends in a tie, additional Super Overs will be played unless there are exceptional circumstances. If completing the required Super Overs is not possible, the match will remain tied.

India aim for successive titles
The Men in Blue will be aiming for their second successive ICC trophy after winning the T20 World Cup 2024. They have not lost a match in the tournament so far.
India have beaten Bangladesh, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Australia on their way to the final. India have earlier won the Champions Trophy twice. The Men in Blue first won the mega event in 2002 (co-champions with Sri Lanka) and again emerged victorious in 2013.
