The deceased identified as Manas Mishra was with his wife and son; when he was hit by a speeding truck.

After the accident, they were admitted into Ispat General Hospital where Manas succumbed to his injuries.
 

The family members of Manas demonstrated before sector -15 police station demanding compensation. However, the truck owner agreed to part with Rs 5 lakh as compensation after wards.
