Humans may cheat death by 2030-Thanks to Nanobots, says Ex-Google scientist

The concept of immortality has fascinated humanity for centuries, and now, futurist and former Google engineer Ray Kurzweil believes it could soon become a reality. According to his bold prediction, humans could attain eternal life by 2030—thanks to groundbreaking advancements in nanotechnology and artificial intelligence.

The Man Behind the Prediction

Kurzweil, a celebrated computer scientist and author of The Singularity Is Near (2005), is known for his remarkably accurate forecasts. With nearly 86% of his 147 predictions coming true, including AI milestones and the rise of wireless internet, his latest claim has reignited debates online about the future of humanity.

In his book and recent resurfaced videos on YouTube channel Adagio, Kurzweil predicts that nanobots, microscopic robots will soon be able to repair human cells and tissues, reversing aging and eliminating deadly diseases. This, he says, could pave the way for humans to enjoy everlasting life.

The Road to Singularity

Kurzweil also anticipates that by 2029, artificial intelligence will achieve human-level intelligence, passing the Turing Test. He predicts the "Singularity" by 2045, when humans could merge with AI to multiply their intelligence a billion-fold.

Not Alone in His Vision

Kurzweil isn’t the only visionary predicting such a future. SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son has also spoken of super-intelligent machines emerging by 2047.
