Malda(WB): A passenger was shot dead by miscreants on board the Jogbani-Kolkata Express, Government Railway Police (GRP) sources said here on Thursday night.
The miscreants shot dead a passenger in the S5 coach of the train after the train had crossed Kathiawar, the sources said.
GRP personnel took the body of the passenger aged around 35 at Malda station tonight and sent it for postmortem after the fellow passengers informed the GRP about the incident, the sources added.
