The IT business company based in Indore of Madhya Pradesh automatically turns off the computers if someone works past their shift timings. The post was shared on Linkedln by Tanvi Khandelwal, HR at SoftGrid Computers. The HR revealed that her company bats for flexible and enjoyable work environment.
A warning appears on every computer screens after the shift hours that reads, “WARNING!!! Your shift time is over. The office system will shut down in 10 mins. Please Go Home.”

Now, the Linkedln post has been going viral on other social media platforms too with users demanding the same policy in all the companies.
