A woman staff of a private school in Nayagarh district has allegedly gone missing for nearly a week.
The missing staff has been identified as Shiva Priya. She was working as an office staff in AG Mission School at Chandpur area in the district for the last five years.
As per reports, Shiva Priya was ill for the last few days. She went somewhere on Thursday night without informing anybody.
As per sources, Shiva Priya has a little daughter and her husband Jay Philiph is from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala. Jay has been working as a security guard in that private school.
A missing complaint has been filed at Chandpur police station in this connection. Chandpur police has also registered a case and started an investigation into the incident.
“I was asleep in the night. When I woke up around 4am, I found to my utter dismay that my wife was missing,” said Shiva Priya’s husband Jay Philiph.

“Shiva Priya was working in the school for the last five years. She has gone missing somewhere. We tried to trace her in nearby places, but could not find her. We have lodged a missing complaint in Chandpur police station,” said AG Mission School Chairman Binu Gebriel.
Chandpur police are reportedly trying to trace Shiva Priya based on the CCTV footage.
