A major accident occurred near Arian Square in Koida, Sundargarh, when a Hyva truck collided with a van transporting labourers to a nearby coal plant. The accident was severe in nature, resulting in the death of two individuals on the spot, while four others sustained critical injuries.
The tragic incident took place under the jurisdiction of Koida police station. Due to the intensity of the impact, the van was completely crushed. All the injured have been admitted to Koida hospital, where their condition remains dire. The entire medical team is closely monitoring their health, reportedly.
